Today we welcome aboard the lovely Amanda Hall – another of our talented Jot Girls. Here’s Amanda’s layout which features a clean, uncluttered design with a few little quirky details such as the banner across her photo, a few paint splots and a swirl of stapled thread.
Project Life cards used: Clementine, Olive and Mayfield collections
Amanda says, “I wanted to add extra detail to my journalling and more photos, but maintain the clean, uncluttered design so I folded one of the journal cards and made it into a little booklet for hidden journaling. You could layer a lot of these cards together to make your booklet have more pages! Each page would have it’s own funky designs and yet coordinate beautifully.”
TIP | Use a 4×6 Project Life card folded in half on your layout to include some hidden detail such as mini photos and more journaling. Project Life also include “bi-fold cards” especially for this purpose of including more detail – see Becky Higgin’s blog post about bi-fold cards here>>
