Today it’s time to take a look at Jot Girl Raquel’s layout using the Project Life cards from Craft House.
Project Life cards used: Clementine and Olive collections
Raquel says, “I used mainly the Olive and a touch of the Clementine Kit. I tried to only use the cards and only add a few embellishments. I added vellum as I thought it complimented the softness in the Olive colourings. I also added some APOCD Cherry Flair as I have created flair which were designed to coordinate with certain Project Life kits including the Olive kit (which I used) – Cherry Flair – Everyday Olive.
Here I have used two different Clementine cards to create elements to embellish my page with. The first is just some text I have cut out and created a tab. The second is one where I have cut out a bracket and its negative and used both on the page.
In the second one I have used a 3×4 card from the Olive Kit. I cut out a banner and then used the remaining card to cut out my title using my Silhouette Cameo.
Here’s the finished card.
And a close up.
TIP | Cards can be run through your home printer or if you have a vintage typewriter, type in your journaling for a fun look.
