We want to make Jot Magazine as interactive as possible.
In each issue you will find fun ideas to challenge and inspire you — make something for one of our challenges and we would love to see it here in our Show And Tell Gallery. Below we list our challenges from Issue 4 of the magazine. We would love to see your work! Simply blog about your layout and then link us up here. See more instructions below.
Challenge 1 – Raquel’s Quick Layout
Add your title to your photo. Use an overlay, digitally add it before processing your photo or layer on some alphabet chipboard stickers or a die cut title. Raquel has used a Project Life overlay from Craft House.
Challenge 2 – No Brainer Greeting Card
Jot Girl Amanda shared her recipe for a quick and easy card design that can be used over and over and is suitable for a variety of different occasions and recipients. Let’s see your cards using Amanda’s ideas.
Challenge 3 – Twenty Twenty Challenge – by Sian Fair
As seen in Issue 4, Sian is back again with another fun project to share – her Twenty Twenty challenge. What can you make in just 20 minutes? Or 20 + 20 minutes? Or 20 more? Use Sian’s layout project as inspiration, set your timer and GO!
We featured four main gallery themes in Issue 4. If you feel inspired and make any layouts from our gallery themes, make sure you share them here. We would love to see. Our four main gallery themes are:
Cotton/Thread Gallery, Celebrations Gallery, Story Telling – Now and Then and our Summer gallery.
Add in your challenge project to your blog and link it up here using our link tool. If you don’t have a blog, you can email me on firstname.lastname@example.org and send me your pics an I will upload your projects for you. Have fun!
