This challenge has now closed. Our winner is #7 Belinda Spencer. Thank you to everyone who entered our challenge.
Our new Mood Board is here and it’s deliciously filled with peach, navy, dusty pink and green tones with a splash of chocolate!
Thank you to Jot Girl Sharmaine for pulling this one together.
Let’s see what the Jot Girls have made using this board as their inspiration.
Sharmaine says, “Inspired by the feel of travel, the quote on the print, the sun kissed sky and the colour combo I created a page using a sunset shot of the Melbourne skyline.”
And a close up at Sharmaine’s glorious photo …
Mardi says, “Thank you for such an awesome mood board Sharmaine…Lots of goodies from e2c (escape2create retreats) made it onto this one…including the cutest little piece of chipboard.”
and a close up of Mardi’s lovely little details.
Lory says, “This mood board is so so lovely! This mini album was just for it! I love to mix fabric and paper and create many little details :)”
And a few close ups of Lory’s pages. Beautiful!

Amanda says, “I loved the deep blue and bronze with the tan in this mood board! I ended up cutting up an old leather belt as i was inspired by the leather bag in the top right image. Also inspiring was the lovely nighttime sky photo and the bronze-y orange cab.”
LOVE the leather detail – Amanda cut up an old leather belt and used that on her layout.
Kim says, “I was totally inspired by the soft pink and peach tones in the mood board and the classic black and white stripes which I highlighted with the gorgeous Heidi Swapp heart from the Storyline collection. I added a QR code of the video I made with Heidi so can scan it with my QR reader and watch the video again and again.”
and a close up of all those lovely details from Kim – including the QR code linking up the video that goes with her story/photos. Brilliant!
Felicity says, “I just loved all the peachy pink tones. When I actually saw the picture of the car, I saw a vertical design. So I used this as base for my card design with the stitching down the middle of the heart. The peachy colour also reminded me of my wedding car, so I had to make a ‘lovey dovey’ card ready for our wedding anniversary!! 🙂
I am loving all the layers and detail in Felicity’s card..
